Dobies Aligns Corporate Identity for American Board of Pediatrics

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (February 2009) -- This winter, Dobies Healthcare Group created a corporate alignment package for The American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) to enhance the design of their communication materials.

"We recommend alignment of all internal and external communication collaterals to help our clients visually present a unique and recognizable corporate identity," says Randee Gannon, director of client services at Dobies.  "Because ABP has distinct yet overlapping audiences, it was especially important to create consistent visuals that recipients immediately recognize as an ABP document."

Under the guidance of ABP's new communications director, Mary Ziegler, Dobies developed a package that included a corporate color palette, a PowerPoint template and meeting material templates, including name badges, table tents, agenda covers and brochures.  Dobies also created mastheads for e-newsletters and print materials for multiple ABP audiences.

"We now have a look that is unique to our organization," Ziegler says.  "Creating a unified look for our communications tools provides a clear visual message to a wide variety of audiences."
