KANSAS CITY, Mo. (January 2010) -- Dobies Healthcare Group, a marketing and advertising agency serving the health care industry, announces the appointment of Shea McGinnity as Manager of Growth and Development.  In this new position, McGinnity will lead business development initiatives for Dobies Healthcare Group.

McGinnity, who is from the Minneapolis area, has experience helping hospitals and physician practices adopt health care information technology. Most recently, he was a regional sales supervisor for LSS Data Systems, a Meditech company, and was previously with a supply chain technology firm and an academic medical center.
