Having spent 20+ years elevating healthcare brands, Julie is a highly esteemed healthcare executive and business leader. She was the lead hospital representative in establishing The University of Kansas Hospital academic medical center brand and developing its market-leading cardiovascular and oncology service lines. She also led the marketing and communication strategy that contributed to The University of Kansas Cancer Center’s NCI designation in 2012, as well as overall health system branding and marketing efforts.

Edna consults with national health systems on overall financial/business strategies and shared services contracting. She has 30 years’ experience in hospital association, provider and managed care settings. Edna facilitates strategic planning related to marketing, sales and product development. She participated on development teams of start-up HMO plans in Connecticut and New Mexico. She currently serves as the Prime Health Foundation’s Program Officer.
Donna Payne is an executive coach and strategic business developer with 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare. She devoted much of her career to developing and implementing shared visions among senior executives and physicians in pediatric academic medical centers. Her coaching and consulting clients include the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Applied Measurement Professionals, MarketSmartz, Innara Health and others. Donna is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
JoMarie, founder of bertoncinMEDIA, has 20 years’ experience in media and advertising, serving many clients within the healthcare industry. As our Associate Media Buyer, JoMarie helps ensure all creative communications reach target audiences with the right mix and frequency. She was honored twice by Media Mix of Kansas City as Buyer of the Year (nominated again in 2015), and nominated twice for Agency Director of the Year. She is also named in Who’s Who in Successful Professionals and Business.
Diane oversees the development and transformation of ideas, key messages and strategic focus into final copy for all client deliverables. Specializing in design and creative services for healthcare organizations, she oversees the integration of marketing communications across a comprehensive range of media. She has five years of experience in communications and advertising, and has specialized in healthcare marketing since 2013. With her background in marketing, web communications and visual media, Alexandria brings the right mix of hands-on experience to her role as Account Coordinator. His extensive background in integrated interactive marketing strategy, PR and web development helps our clients effectively communicate digital messages.
Eva has 15 years of experience serving the healthcare industry with integrated marketing and communication services. She currently serves as project manager for numerous interactive and digital clients. Her background includes client service, project coordination, creative development, and SEO/SEM services. She has deep knowledge of Google paid and tracking digital services and experience with production of all marketing media from traditional to digital development.
Sean’s background includes more than a decade of experience as an Internet software developer. He specializes in data mining, e-commerce, CPG websites and email campaigns. Sean provides interactive project management for Group 3 Solutions and many of our healthcare clients’ web development initiatives. He also supports healthcare SEO, technology-neutral information delivery and integration with enterprise-level data sources.
With expertise in visual interface design since 1993, Brad has worked with Dobies Healthcare Group clients since 2000. His background includes digital pre-press, art direction, game development and web development. Brad helps our clients communicate their messages online through the construction of visually stimulating and creative sites and applications.
With web development experience spanning the last decade, Chris brings extensive expertise to the digital team at Dobies Healthcare Group. His work includes a wide variety of interactive projects for clients of all industries, including healthcare, communications and technology. As Interactive Developer, Chris supports many web-based initiatives for Group 3 Solutions and Dobies Healthcare Group clients.
Ryan analyzes client search visibility, monitors social media presence and tracks website analytics to develop client strategies and implement search and social marketing efforts. He is currently continuing his education in Business Administration and Computer Science at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
