Carol G. Dobies, MBA

Carol, president and owner of Dobies Healthcare Group since 1992, has 27 years of healthcare marketing experience in privately operated and publicly traded healthcare firms. She serves as project leader and creative director, and her expertise is in marketing strategy development, product/service line branding, creative and interactive communications, public relations and internal/team communications.

Prior to founding the company, Carol was on the executive team for an alliance of children’s hospitals, served as business editor for a national alternate site industry publication and led marketing efforts for a national home care and nurse staffing chain.

Carol maintains a high level of involvement in the community, participating as a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, Foundation on Aging, WIN for KC and the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, Carol was named one of the Top 25 Women Who Mean Business by the Kansas City Business Journal.
