Task: Having previously worked with Stanford Hospital & Clinics, Dobies Healthcare Group was again tasked with enhancing the online presence for another of Stanford’s Centers of Excellence: the Center for Marfan Syndrome and Related Aortic Disorders. The Center is the largest of its kind in California and among the nation’s leading centers for the diagnosis and treatment of Marfan Syndrome. Marfan Syndrome is a connective tissue disorder that can affect the heart, blood vessels, lungs, eyes, bones and ligaments. In Marfan Syndrome, the protein necessary for strengthening the connective tissue, fibrillin 1, does not work properly, affecting the growth and development of the body. Working together with Stanford’s Marfan Syndrome Center and its Marfan team, we were able to boost online visibility making their services and expertise more widely accessible to patients, referring physicians or individuals seeking information.
